Oxy is a "stray" cat-- and a stray dog. The cat/dog hybrid "lives" alone in an abandoned bait shop on the outskirts of a seaside town. He has some amnesia, and doesn't remember exactly how or when he originally started living as a stray at the shop. He has a little magic sprout on top of his head, which is not unusual considering that magic is a common occurrence in his world, but he doesn't remember how, when, or why it got there. It lets him breathe underwater for short periods of time, a skill which he uses to explore the nearby underwater shipwreck at the beach. He senses that the ruins may have something to do with his past, but isn't overly concerned about it. He spends his days lazily stretching in the sun, swimming, or scavenging for food (his favorite thing to chew on is fish bones.) The life of a stray is lazy, and can be lonely-- but maybe that will change...?
