All but a single note of his crumbling, croaky voice is what it takes to source those eons of lore carved into his body. They’re little creases in between his pearlscale hide, at first; then, they graduate to silvered scars healed poorly, raised buildups of calloused skin weaving in and out from the surface. How curious it is, then, that he remains most stubborn over what should be nothing wrong: there is nothing wrong around his bad eye at all.
