Nieu is an ice queen. Her collar may look comical, but she's a cold hard strategist. 

Unless you offer her some tactical advantage, she won't pay any interest in you. 

Beautiful to look at, but look and don't touch. Her candy spikes are cold to the touch, and repeated lengths of exposure can lead to frost bite. 

Arctic suited Sushi Dogs would make the best partners for Nieu if they want to get close, though the likelihood is no one will want to.
