I would probably give chinix wings/and taloned human hands
Human hair/virgo is a human female with earth element/far extended though you could use earth elemental effects
Monkey tail with a few feathers at the tip/ prehensile
Feet would probably be a cross between monkey and human
Torso being vaguely harpy like
