Kye is a mutant with electrical abilities who wrecks havoc on the city, hurting people and causing a lot of damage to property. It's definitely safe to say that he's very... unstable. Easily swayed by his emotions, he doesn't think before acting upon anything; throwing himself into dangerous situations and sometimes messing with the wrong people. He's very prone to violence, and definitely has taken a number of lives, though these acts aren't without reason.
He won't hurt randoms unless provoked and he would prefer attention not to be brought to himself most of the time. All he cares about is finding and ending anyone who did him wrong in the past... and that includes his brother.

- Has quick mood shifts, is on edge most of the time, and has a short attention span.
- He smiles a lot but he ain't ever happy...doesn't really know how to express positive emotions in a healthy manner.
- Doesn't talk much and tends to avoid direct eye contact with people. He only really gets chatty (by his standards) with people he intends to delete.
- Suffers from insomnia and also doesn't eat much.

Kye is able to manipulate and control electricity, he works sort of like a battery. He gets his abilities by draining electricity from any device powered by it; the more he absorbs, the longer he can use it and the more powerful it becomes.
When he's low on energy, he tends to be a lot more tired and slow; he'll avoid conflict and immediately go to find more electric energy to feed off of... he also gets a bit of a high off of it as well.
Should be noted however that Kye also relies on these powers heavily. Without them he's pretty much helpless, and he knows it. Snap him in half like a kit kat.
- Is 6'3", which is pretty tall for an arco. Being a mutant is what caused that.
- Incredibly thin, underweight, his ribs and spine are visible.
- Mostly left handed.
- Has a massive lichtenberg-like scar running from the right side of his face to his lower back and entire right arm.
- He's almost comepletly blind in his right eye; can only see some blurry shapes and shadows out of it.
- His right ear is faded and is usually held lower than his left.
- Always has one of his fangs/canines sticking out.
- Usually hunching over, terrible posture.
