• Elodie’s important, irreplaceable best friend. Erika is very dear to Elodie, and vice versa.
• Can definitely kick your ass in a fight. In-game or in the real world.
  • And speaking of games, she’s the skilled one out of the Elodie-Erika pair, often covering for Elodie’s unfathomably insane impulsive streaks.
  • Gets dragged into quite a number of games by Elodie, but doesn’t particularly mind.

• Has a huge thing for armor, the color blue, the rain, snow, and strong, knightly girls. Also quite fond of sad stories, especially the romantic kind. Absolutely obsessed with shields; the medieval kind. Definitely was a knight of some sort in a past life.
• Loves RPGs and FPS games. Also mainly plays tanks and healers in MMORPGs.
• Can be scathingly critical if you’re fucking up and making dumb mistakes, especially if you do them repeatedly.

Personality

Loyal, stalwart, and hardworking. Erika is the rational, level headed and practical counterpart to the more mercurial, intuitive, and impulsive Elodie. A bit of a busybody at times (especially compared to the ultimately lazy Elodie), she is an adaptable and methodical worker that leaves little to chance while standing as a firm support for her friends.

Functionally, she acts as Elodie’s anchor or bedrock, the person Elodie relies on the most through thick and thin—a finely mutual relationship wrought through nearly a decade of close companionship. Where Elodie can be contradictory in her day-to-day emotional displays, Erika can be counted on to be stable and cool, comporting herself with a practical mindset and sharp logical wit. 

While certainly not emotionless or deadpan, Erika is not really a person with a great degree of outward emotional inflection. She typically speaks in just about the same tone whether she is angry or happy, and this also translates into her expressions and body language. Very few things do all that much in the way of disturbing her, and Erika is, in fact, probably one of the hardest people to scare out there– with a body of iron, a willpower of steel, and a shield of logic.

However, her placid exterior hides a truly warm heart, one that is deeply sentimental and of such rich and complicated emotions that she doesn’t quite know what to do with them at times, where the buzz of emotions inside her mind are only kept in control by a great deal of discipline. That said, many would comment that Erika is quite easy to get along with, provided that they’re mature enough to keep up with her.

Erika generally dislikes taking center-stage in anything, though she often finds herself acting as the core of whatever group she’s in, at times even as the leader. She doesn’t socialize much outside of her close friends, but can be regarded as a kind, dependable, and warmhearted person beneath her sometimes blunted exterior.

And speaking of kindness, Erika is someone with an almost chronic inclination toward heroism and goodness. She has a strong sense of justice and the skills—both physical and intellectual—to back it up, finding herself comfortable challenging situations and people she sees as being unfair. Perhaps due to this, her friends know her as a calm and kind person that represents a strong source of stability and devotion in their lives; an almost older sister-like figure (despite her small physical size) that is always willing to lend a hand.

Online, Erika is pretty much exactly the same. Though she does have a slight teasing/trolling streak to her in fps games.
