Captain Polpeepska (Peep to his friends) is a dragonborn hailing from the isolated Water Temple deep in the heart of Aestanos. He's jolly and very charismatic. His ship is the only one allowed to dock at the main port town Eska. Perhaps unsurprisingly, his singing skills are top notch. Guests on the ship speak of an eerie song that can be heard at night when the ship is travelling across the seas.
He has a black eye patch on his left eye (one not visible in the picture). Most of the time when questioned about it he'll state wildly conflicting stories about how he got his eye injury. However when suitably inebriated- or at a party with friends- he'll lift the patch up to show that his eye is perfectly normal.
