himemi is a kirin. himemi is 344 years old and she doesn't really have much of a backstory per se, because she just kinda does her own thing day in and day out. she mostly just travels around japan (sometimes out of japan depending on the circumstances) and does a lot of people-watching. because of how long she's been around and how much she's seen she has grown pretty cynical and is a bit skittish near humans, specifically ones that she says "don't have a kind heart" although she will occasionally appear before humans she deems worthy and befriends them. she's also very kind and would never ever hurt another living being unless she felt her life was in danger.
