Rat Head is a pirate who loves his crew like his family. He wants the nobles of the Holm to stop profiting off of the work that they don’t do. He raids coastal resorts and merchant ships and puts a lot of the money toward helping the poor. A pirate Robin Hood, in a sense. But a Rat! He fights viciously, but doesn't target smaller ships. He tries to avoid killing, but not because he lacks the stomach for it. He's more than willing to do what he needs to survive, he's just a merciful pirate captain... comparatively speaking.
