1. You must be +18 to purchase a character from me.
2. Using my art and designs in anything related to NFT/Blockchain-related/Artificial intelligence, etc is strictly prohibited.
3. I have the right to decline an offer for any reason. Rude, harmful, or discriminatory behavior will result in the denial of all services and/or a complete ban from future adoptables
4. My designs and art may not be used to promote or endorse any kind of hate speech, anti-LGBTQIA, racist, ableist, white supremacist, neo-nazi,  zionist, anti-indigenous, pedophilic content, etc. 
5. Commercial use have an extra cost (x2.5-x5 the final price)
6. I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by commissioners for other commissions, designs & personal artwork.
7. I don't do refunds in character designs, auctions and character sales.
8.  Changing my character designs into any kind of closed, open, or private species is strictly prohibited without my approval and explicit written permission. 
9. Do not color pick, trace or heavily reference my art and designs.
10. Do not erase my signature or watermark.
11.  Do not sell my designs to people on my blacklist.

Auction rules 

• Auctions may be crossposted in Toyhou.se, deviantart, FA, and YCH.commishes.
• Do not retract/hide your bid/comment. This gives you a strike. If you have a strike you can't buy more designs from me for one month (this applies to resales too). More than once may result in ban time, commission ban, or total blacklisting.
• Auctions limit time may vary between 24 hours to an entire week (The usual is 3 days after the first bid).
• I can accept holds for AB and regular clients only. A week for first-time clients, and two weeks to a month for regular clients. With some exceptions for particular cases.
• In my auctions, AB2 can outbid AB1.

OTA rules 

• In OTAs (Offer to adopt) adoptables, money always has priority over art.
• I have the right to pick the offer I like the most, I don't owe explanations to anyone. 
• If you start any conflict for not being chosen you'll get a strike or be blocked.
• If you offer art, you may finish the artwork within 60 days after the trade’s been done. Otherwise, I’m going to put the character up for offers again.

Re-design rules

• Rules stated here apply to all my designs, including old designs. 2010 or recent designs have rules that apply equally regardless of when they’ve been made.
• Never turn my one-off designs into closed, personal,  or open species characters without my written and explicit permission. If you’ve ever promoted your “personal species” as closed, this rule applies too. Never. Especially ex-sonas, open species characters, character series, and collections.
• You can turn my old (2014-2021) CS designs into one off characters without my permission. Ask the species owner/mods first, to avoid misunderstandings.
• If you already own a one off character you want to turn into a CS character, you can commission me to design a similar character!  You are eligible for a 25% off on said custom character design.

Re-selling & trading rules

• Traded characters cannot be resold for any kind of currency without my explicit written permission, only re-traded or gifted. This includes vouchers, CS currency and character bundles. I don’t mind trading designs made by me for CS items.
• You can resell the design for the original price + the total value of the extra art. This includes personal art, with a condition; Sending me a recent price list and proof of a client purchasing art from you. You can add value to the design with your art this way. This includes physical items like plushies, dolls, and even fursuits. To avoid malicious uses of this rule, blacklisted people are the exception, they can re-sell my designs for the base price + the total value of the commissioned art only.
• You can't make twins, triplets, etc. of a single design with just a slight variation. One adopt stays as one adopts. You can design a family for your characters based on the design you purchased from me, but you can't sell them individually. The derived designs are now locked to the original design and must be sold together. This increases the value of the original design, but they don’t gain value individually.
• You may not add gifted or traded art to the value of my designs without the explicit permission of the artists.
• Always check my blacklist before selling/trading my designs.

This blacklist is made to protect my work and designs from malicious people. If you break any of the rules stated here, you'll be added to this public blacklist for my safety and to warn other artists and creators. I have a private blacklist too, and there is a possibility of publicly blacklisted users being moved to my personal blacklist by mutual agreement.
