Todi is overly confident and sometimes selfish, thinking he can have whatever he wants whenever he wants it, which has bit him in the ass on multiple occasions. He can be forceful and defiant towards his supervisors and peers which has gotten him in serious trouble, but he is an asset to his gang which has his supervisors and boss turning a blind eye with nothing more than a warning or slap on the wrist.

Though, when Todi left his gang unexpectedly, they took the opportunity to make up for all of the chances they gave him before he left. Some examples include: theft/destruction of his belongings, back alley fist fights, threatening notes, unexpected visits, and going as far as to toy with and torture him, resulting in a permanent reminder carved into his chest.

JØKER and CØRPSE, Todi's “buddies” from his old gang, are defying orders to kill Todi to drag out his torture as long as possible. They have always had a hatred towards him and are finally able to act on their feelings. Soon, if they don't follow through with their orders, different members will be ordered to finish the job, putting Todi, and his loved ones, in even more trouble.

Todi had been, once again, set up by his ex-gang’s members (against their boss’s strict orders) as payback for the constant forgiveness of his actions, which resulted in his arrest. He was recalcitrant with the anuthorites and was forced into the police station, causing a scene in the lobby. When he looked up, he saw two young-looking girls standing at the desk, one was fearful (Tokyo), but the other was curiously calm despite the situation (London). He was immediately intrigued by her calmness and her undisturbed face was burned into his memory. Her calm demeanor during the situation gave him a curious interest as reactions from others typically included fear and disgust, something London lacked in the current situation. This drew his attention, but he shook it off. It was unlikely anything would come of his desire to know more about her. There’s no way she would want to associate with likes of him, he was no good after all. Evil. He couldn’t shake her calmness from his head, was it a survival instinct? Stay calm? She was stuck in his head. He halfheartedly promised to himself to look out for her in the city, if he could find her again, knowing it was unlikely to ever come of anything. Although, he wouldn't mistake that bright, teal fur if he ever did see her again.

He was later released from holding when no evidence of his involvement of the crime turned up.

In a spiteful meetup with his old gang, London and Todi were reacquainted. This marked the official beginning of acquaintance and friendship to their future relationship. He protected her from a targeted attack as his rival gang received information that Todi was interested, romantically or otherwise (it didn't matter to them) in this pink and blue wolf.

Todi treats London nicer than he’s ever treated anyone in his life, though there are times where his kindness falters (he is short fused and aggressive in nature). He claims her as his to love, not quite as “property” though some may see it that way, but as someone to protect and to give him purpose.
