Duncan is a Filipino university student living in London, in a flat with his elder brother, black cat (Schrodinger) and ball python he's looking after for his brother's friend (Eponine). He has a rare shapeshifting disorder that he's trying to cope with. He may or may not be losing control of his human form. This is bad.

He's a fine art and painting student, and also plays the drums in his friend's band. He has a Kiwi accent that some people think is sexy (he grew up in New Zealand) and he's hopelessly in love with the lead singer and it deeply shames and embarrases him. Duncan hates being percieved, probably because he doesn't really understand himself or his own feelings and can't deal with his own problems. He's got nice hair, though. He desperatly wants to be loved but would rather die that actually admit it.
