Ukiha Nendou (念動 浮羽 Nendou Ukiha), also known as the Levitating Hero: Psynesse (レビテーティング ヒアロー サイネス Rebitetingu Hīrō Sainesu), is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School, training to become a Pro Hero.

Ukiha is an ordinary teenage girl of avarage stature. She has a D size bust, very strong legs with thick thighs, small and delicated hands. Is always with her eyes closed, her eyelashes are thin and short, have two moles on her face, one under her right eye and another one near her chin, on the left. Due to a very strong genetic in her mother's family, she have a fluff and wavy white hair, that she rather to wear it short.

Always in a good humor and willing to meet new people, Ukiha knows how to brighten up the room, easily making people feel comfortable around her and collecting new friends wherever she go. Being a girl who have much to say, Ukiha sometimes gets too excited and talk a little bit too much, making people that are close to feel annoyed, although in general is pleasant to have her around, since she lives a light and peaceful life, always calm and smilling, not taking seriously most of the things that are said to her for not understanding the real meaning behind it. Likes to mess with the opposite genre with hints and flirtations, feeling pleasure in seeing them embarrassed or angry, with no shame in showing her flirty side. Even if she don't take most of things seriously, sometimes she realises what a person really means or when a serious situation happens, her emotional side pops off, making her feel down or anxious, but avoiding showing it to others, hiding her feelings and distressing by herself. Her emotions can get in the way of important decisions to face hard situations. Last but not least, Ukiha have an overstimation view of her abilities, having faith they are great as they are until prove wrong, where she have no problem in admitting and focus on working it to get better.

Daughter of the ex-pro hero Nendou Genshou, also known as Hologram and Nendou Shirashi, renowned criminal lawyer, Ukiha is the couple's first born child. Before entering UA, Ukiha had an ordinary childhood and early adolescence. Since very young she listens to her father's stories about his hero days. Amazed by so many adventures, a small flame was lit inside, bringing the desire to become a hero. Excited by the future, Ukiha wondered which quirk she'd get. Her telekinesis first manifested when she was taking care of her little brother, Haruyoshi. Her mother, however, has been always very hesitant about this decision and scolded her husband for encouraging her, trying to change the girl's mind whenever possible. Shirashi was filled with hope once realised Ukiha manifested interest in singing and dancing. Without hesitate, her mother saw the opportunity and matriculated Ukiha into dancing and singing classes, which she attended until starting living at UA. But nothing could change Ukiha's mind on becoming a hero. Her real reason to follow that path was to compensate her father's early retirement. During one of their habitual story times, Ukiha asked why her father left the hero job so soon if he was so passionated about it. Genshou was sincere and told her that, during one of his missions, he suffered an accidente which provoked a wound on his leg. Luckily, he survived without major complications. Back then Ukiha was a new born and he was afraid of losing his life. Not wanting her daughter to grow up without a father, he decided to get retired. Since then, Ukiha blames herself for destroying her father's dream and believes that the only way to make him proud is by becoming a hero herself.  Despite being extremaly sociable, Ukiha doesn't have any childhood friends. When she was younger, the closest she got to have best friends were the girls that attended to the singing classes with her. As she grew up, their teacher seemed to give her a special treatment compared to the other girls once she noticed Ukiha's natural dancing skills, which impacted her friendship with her dancing colleges deeply. This changed completly when she started high school, where she was able to create strong bounds with her classe mates and Kurama from class B, specially after they move in together to the UA campus.

LIMITATIONS
She can only manipulate objects she sees and that are made of solid matter. In other words, if she can't see it, she can't move it. If it's made of organic, liquid or gas matter, she can't move it. The only thing that don't need to follow these rules are her body. She's able to levitate herself, but when she does it, she lost speed. To use her quirk, she needs to keep her eyes open.

GOALS
Ukiha lack spatial awareness, being the reason of her need to look at the objects she wants to manipulate. When it comes to her quirk limits, she's very insecure about it, making her practice even harder. Her goals in general are to be able to manipulate objects without the need to look at it, to manipulate other kinds of matter instead of only solid matter, increase her weight limitation and learn how to be faster when she levitates herself.

• Maneuver Grip Push: Can grasp an object/attack/being firmly in place, alter the direction course and push it back to the opponent, all at once. Requires a lot of focus and costed Ukiha lots of practice.
• Kinetic Punch / Kick: In a short range fight, usually body fights, she can make a punch/kick movement but, instead of actually punching or kicking the enemie, she'll use her telekinesis to create a blast and push the person away.
• Orbital Field: Can make objects or energy orbit around her to create like a shield to protect herself and people around her (need to be really close) of attackings. She can't make it for long so it usually it's for a few seconds, the time necessary to interrupt an attack.

• Costume: Ukiha's hero costume is made of a black and purple long jumpsuit with octogonal pattern. Above it, she wears another jumpsuit, this being white and short that has a hoodie, and white gloves. During the winter, her costume receives additional fur in the hoodie area so can keep her head and face more warm. Cold weather can make her feel a lot of headache and makes it hard for Ukiha to use her quirk.
• Rocket Boots: Ukiha's rocket boots allows her to fly without the need to use her quirk, which can make her gain speed. Her boots works just like Iron Man's suit.
• Visor: Ukiha's visor helps her with two things: with her lack of spatial awarness and the fact she can only move objects/matter she sees. The visor can map the entire area Ukiha is in to help her have aware of her surrondings, shows objects behind walls and floor and shows people behind walls and floor. She can control what she wants to see with the side buttons. Also, since the buttons cover her ears, the visor have antennas so capture sounds, so she can still hear, and at the same time it suppress super loud sounds so won't give her an headache. 

• The name 浮羽 Ukiha means "floating like a feather", while 念動 Nendou means "move with the mind".
• 念動 Nendou is a pun between "Nen" (念), which means "mind" and "Undou" (運動), which means driving + movement.
• Bakugou uses the nickname "Bleach-head" to refer to Ukiha, because of her hair color. Sometimes he calls her "squinty", because her eyes are always closed.
• Ukiha always had interest in singing and dancing. So, her mother thought was a good idea do let her start singing and dancing classes. Due that, nowadays she can sing and dance pretty well. But actually she needed to stop her singing and dance classes because she started to live at Yuuei. Now, she practice by herself, always with Jirou's help.
• Her favorite dish is Takoyaki, her favorite dessert are Donuts and her favorite tea is Matcha.
• If she fails to be a hero or get retired of this job very earlier, she'd like to start a band, since she loves to sing.
• She have a huge love for the color purple, having a lot of purple clothes in various tones and having a completely purple room, that can be seen when they move in to Yuuei.
• Her favorite animals are dogs. She always wanted to have one, but her mother is allergic, so she never allowed it.
• Ukiha is absolutely terrible at cooking. 
• When she sneezes, small objects around her float. 
• She's very afraid about terror things, such as movies or urban legends and etc, but she loves to challenge her friends to do some spooky things, like play with the Ouija board or call for Bloody Mary three times in front of a mirror in the dark. But if she heard some noise while a friend is doing what she challenged him/her to do, she'll be the first to run. 
• In terms of appearance, she really looks like her father, while her brother looks like her mother.

Bakugou Katsuki

Description

Love Interest - Ukiha and Katsuki argue a lot with each other. This is because of Ukiha's great sense of justice, she just can't tolerate people being tortured, offended and humiliated by someone else, so she always get herself into other people business. But, when defending someone, she and Katsuki have the same aggressive level, what makes their argues being very extensive, exchanging a lot of insults. Otherwise, Ukiha don't hold a grudge against Katsuki, nor hate him, in fact she believe both have a good relationship, at least in her point of view. She started calling him "Kacchan" after heard that nickname from Midoriya for two reasons: she believes they are close friends and also wants to tease him. In general, she don't think that Katsuki's aggressive and energetic personality are a problem, she thinks it's the main reason of Katsuki being good at fighting, and she believes he'll be a great Pro Hero, the only thing she dislikes is because he don't need to be rude and aggressive with everybody all the time. Ukiha don't know exactly when she started to have feelings for Katsuki, because usually both have an explosive relationship, but she could realize some little changing about Katsuki's behavior, and somehow it attracted her. She realizes that she feels something else about him in the School Trip Arc. She gets really worried when Mandalay uses her telepathy to announce Katsuki was the villains target. She was one of the students who failed in the fighting exam, so she was in the building during the battles outside. She tried her best to get out, but Vlad stopped her. This made her feel very frustrated, 'cause she was not able to help, and she felt very sad when heard that Katsuki was taken. When Kirishima tell the class about his plan to take Katsuki back, Ukiha didn't think twice before accepting and joining the operation. It becomes clear to herself her feelings for Katsuki when the team get together again after the success in Katsuki's rescue plan.

Seiteki Hibiki

Description

Best Friend - Ukiha and Hibiki met at their first day at school. Due to Ukiha’s social personality, she exchanged words with everyone at class that day, trying to start some friendships. Turns out her and Hibiki got along pretty well at first and they still do. Both do a lot of things together, hang out after school, sleepover at each other’s places, play video games and such. They have a very truthfull and loyal friendship, not hiding secrets from each other. But, as soon as Ukiha started to realize her feelings for Katsuki, she wasn’t able to tell Hibiki at first, because she knew Hibiki don’t get along well with him and she didn’t know how her friend would react, but Ukiha isn’t that good at hiding her own feelings so Hibiki found out about it soon enough. She finally admits it to her, and Hibiki told her not to worry because she would always support her no matter what. Since then, Ukiha noticed Hibki tries her very best to be kind to Katsuki, and she appreciates it a lot. But, sometimes, Katsuki pissed Hibiki off a lot, mostly because he’s too harsh with Ukiha, and Hibiki just can’t accept that. Happens that both end up arguing, and it upsets Ukiha, but she tries not to show it.

Sarumane Kurama

Description

Best Friends - Kurama was the only person who actually didn't answered Ukiha's "hi" at their first day at U.A, what didn't stopped her to keep talking to him tho. She always saw Kurama all by himself, and it didn't felt right to her. Everytime he walked alone into her sight, she stopped everything she was doing to go talk to him and make him some company.  By what she could tell, it annoyed him very much, but slowly Kurama started to get used to Ukiha's company and to open more with her. When she realized, both were best friends already. Ukiha loves Kurama very much and see him as a brother, visit him whenever she can at his part time job or at his house and both talk a lot and like to go to parties together.
