Laylat Aldam is kind and intelligent. He can tell immediately if someone is lying and can easily decipher why. He doesn't talk much and takes notes of the small things about people without actually meaning too.
In general he is very relaxed, his laid back attitude perfectly countering his mates wild nature, him also being the only one who can calm her down and smack some sense into her when she's doing something stupid. Laylat is also surprisingly kind and caring. This is something one would expect more from his counterpart, Esimene Paev, the being of life and creation, not from the being of death and destruction. The reason for this is because he is used to dealing with all sorts of dead souls, and often comforts them when they die. He nurtures the soul and gives them time to rest before rebirth, however he can become terrifying, strict and sometimes cruel when the situation calls for it.
Random Facts/Notes:
- Calm and gentle, this dark dragon guides us through the spirit world after we perish, nurturing us and giving us time to rest in the shadows until we are ready to be reborn again or move on for good. He oversees the realms of the dead
- The white stone in the middle of his chest is a moonstone, and its the first one to ever exist.
- His scales absorb light, yet the small white pinpoints on his body and the stone in his chest emit a bright, glowing radiant white light. Odd... perhaps this has something to do with his mate?

- Is actually a mother hen and if you are a close friend will hover around you for a ridiculous amount of time if you get hurt, worrying. It will take much reassuring and hugging to get him to calm down and no its not a fatal cut it barely broke the skin geez, calm down
- There are some stupid rumors floating around that he's a vampire even though he's not, and being nocturnal doesn't really help. Nova keeps making sparkle jokes about it and he gets pretty annoyed but there's not much he can do about it without scaring everyone shitless and probably mentally scaring everyone in five different dimensions. poor dark baby. hey, don't worry about it man, I mean it's not like you sparkle like one... oh wait
- He watches over realms of the dead. This includes all realms, even the realms of the sinful (basically hell) and the realms of the blessed (basically heaven)
- When I say a moon, I mean a moon that circles a planet with life on it. If not it doesn't fall under his control.
- His mane can become shadowy and wispy, and they lose their stars. His wings are also always wispy, however he can adjust the amount. The more wispy the less stars there are
- His entire body can become incorporeal. He can also become a shadow, using them to travel in the blink of an eye and move silently
- One of his lesser known abilities is the ability to kill and destroy anything with just a glance. With this ability, Laylat can see the lines and webs that link an object to existence, or a being to life. He can snap these webs and lines to kill the thing he wants to. This ability has unfathomable ranges, as he can destroy things as small as one atom to as big as entire dimensions in a single go. He can also destroy specific things, such as an illness that flows through the body, or an infestation of vermin within the walls of a building.
- Made maple trees in an attempt to woo Nova in their early days of having corporal forms. It worked, but it wasn't the main reason she married him. They are still one of her favorite trees to this day
- Likes to play video games for the sole purpose of finding as many ways as possible to absolutely destroy it by finding glitches and other problems (think Let's Game it Out whenever he plays a tycoon game)
