Diana

A sorceress among a dragon-like clan, who practice divination. She volunteered herself to be spokesperson for her clan to the royalty of Tievos. 

Personality
A sassy, elegant woman, she pretends to be eloquent, but tends to speak flattering nonsense--perhaps people are instead mesmerized by the all the fine ornament of her outfits. 

Story
To stop Tievos from impeding on the dragon territory, Diana offers to play peacekeeper and spokesperson to the monarchy. Despite her good intentions, the monarchy and all at the court in Tievos perceive her as a threat. However, eventually, they become united on a common enemy--the warlocks (counterpart to the legendary witches), who have emerged after years of inactivity. 

Notes of her race
Each can transform themselves into a dragon on will. Due to their blood, they are reckoned to be like royalty, but in fact, there is no leader of their clan, nor is there any sort of royalty.
