Diet: Anything, prefer being fed bits of charcoal or dried twigs but anything their internal temperature can incinerate they will absorb.
Habitat: Domestic. Very very rarely one can be found having slipped away from the others out in the ashlands or around urban areas.

History:
In the study of magics there is always a learning curve. There are also, occasionally... hiccups in the process... Willspo were created by combining pyro and necromancy; though no one yet has quite been able to figure out how. Thus far only one person has been able to reproduce the effect, much to his own chagrin.
Despite the slight embarrassment of not knowing whether producing an affect no one seems able of copying is progress, or a deterioration of, his abilities and knowledge the little 'fire sprites' have proven interesting creatures indeed. Though not seeming to be actual spirits of any sort the 'spirit flames' do grow somewhat, gaining personalities and individualities somewhere between the animal mind of most 'living constructs' and true sentience.

Notes:
- Males are called Flares, Females are Wisps
- Females burn hotter and tend to be lighter as males than a result.
- Males are cooler and denser, thus heavier than the females and tend to float slightly lower when at rest.
- They can chirp, whistle, crackle and pop as "sparklings", as they grow so too does their 'vocabulary' and they can mimic some sounds.
- They are known for displaying their "adulthood" by a capacity to make a giggling sound, for the reasons one would expect. It is not known how far this period blurs the line between full sentience and high intelligence. Nor if an elder willspo could learn to speak.
- To all knowledge the wisps are not fully sentient and they CANNOT speak, thugh they may learn to mimic 2-3 words

Cannot breed per-say, but when enough get together it seems to start a reaction where small flickers of flame will appear spontaniously, if the heat is maintained and the wind is still enough the flame doesn't die these "sparklings" will 'grow' into a new wisp or flare within 30 to 60 minutes. Beginning the process of becoming their own individual and more than a mere curious 'pup'.
