He exists in the same universe as Static, the two are childhood friends. He's often dragged along on her escapades and tries his best to keep her out of trouble. He fails.
He's pretty chill, somewhat shy, dislikes his father's attempts to be hip and would rather just be alone in his room listening to music. Secretly, though, he longs for his father's approval and just wants him to be proud of him. He doesn't do a very good job of showing that, though.
