Inkpen is Diamond City’s comic artist. He was born and raised there, and he’s been honing his art since he was quite young. He’s quite good at it, and his comic sales keep him well fed. He will occasionally make small art for Piper’s news articles, though he will refuse doing so for more controversial editions. He's often quite neutral on her work overall.
He enjoys taking real people and turning their stories into slightly more exaggerated comics. He’s created 9 comic series so far. He also takes commissions.
NightCowl is Inkpen's muse, and he wishes he could meet them in-person one day. He's created so much art of them, though he keeps most of it to himself...
