Allice

She runs* a racing gang (mostly comprised of riggers and the like) in Redmond, Washington in the late 2070s/early 2080s! She adopted my sister's PC, Zander. Don't worry abt that blood spirit thing, and don't tell my sister about it haha. She's also in a hardcore punk band called Cerberus with Nathan, Anthony, and Fenris.
The campaign for Zander pretty much starts out after he recently was released from baby jail (and on parole). The super simple version of what happens next: he gets attacked by some vengeful Yakuza, and convinces his parole officer, Paris, to quit his job because all cats are beautiful. He then reunites with Allice and that's where things kick off!
*Runs is probably a loose term. She's one of the people coordinating things, and acts as a sort of face, but they're leaning more into an anarchical structure (moreso every day). The typical "boss" and "lieutenant" roles are representative rather than commanding, with their responsibilities being to help organize and execute the desires of the group based on their particular experiences and skillsets.
