Drawing tips: It's easiest to color the brighter blues/yellow first, then make a layer of the dark color on top and cut the dark color out for his markings. His markings are approximately symmetrical, but don't worry about getting them exact so long as they're close/recognizable! Also, a note on his braids - the two hanging braids are only on that one side, but the braid over his mane meets a similar braid from the other side in the middle.
