Balenciaga

Balenciaga is a resident of Capitol City who specializes in making and restoring worn down shoes. They run their own shop with little help to speak of, however because of this they get to keep a fair amount of the money they make.  

Due to the high demand for upgrades to shoes, Balenciaga rarely sleeps. Thanks to their consistent tiredness they also tend to be very soft-spoken. This combined with their high pitched voice leads to many misconceptions regarding their age among customers. 

It isn't rare at all to find Balenciaga outside their shop at night, using their stargazing hobby as a form of rest and reprieve from their somewhat grueling work schedule. Because their soul is balanced and their powers are virtually nonexistent, they're fairly ordinary in almost every way except for their endurance and ability to concentrate. 

This concentration does occasionally lead them to unintentionally neglect their health, yet they almost always seem to physically and mentally bounce back. Their hands are somewhat rough to the touch because of their occasional forgetfulness and lack of caution when handling chemicals.
