Percy is a abit cheeky brat with a love for food. He wears his best friends out by almost constantly playing pranks on them. He's a sweet guy, though. Always making sure that none of his pranks go too far and always willing to go the extra mile to help somebody in need. A true friend if You ever need one.
Alternate/noir personality:
I can see Percy as a By-the-Book cop. Well, it’s not just done by changing his clothes, but they would be of essential help for the role. Put him in a white shirt, a grey or brown jacket and give him a loosely hanging tie. The jacket is always open. The outfit can be accompanied with a fedora. In his jackets inside he is wearing a police badge. He could also be a uniformed police officer instead of a police detective. Just replace his outfit by a uniform or simply colour his scarf black or blue and put the badge on it. A police hat adds additional authority.
He follows the law as it is written and plays by the rules even when the criminals Percy is after don’t. He could easily be subjected to a being good or lawful dilemma. Be careful not to confuse this character theme with a lawful stupid trope!
Percy just graduated from violet city’s famous elite police academy and was shifted to the Goldenrod police pokemon department recently. Not many police pokemon in Goldenrod got such a fancy education and training. Due to this he will probably get bullied or at least looked at as a naïve, arrogant boy that has no idea how brutal the street patrol in Goldenrod truly is. It’s now up to Percy to prove his worth to his seniors without attracting to much attention by the criminal elites and political highbinders.
