Tellie

A sweet-hearted harpy with a rebellious streak. Due to losing a war with mermaids in the past, harpies have been confined to the mountaintops to live out their days. But Tellie finds mountains painfully dull, and regularly breaks the siren treaty to fly down and watch humans go about their lives.

Her sneaking around causes her to be attacked by a kraken, only saved by a member of the enemy of her people: mermaids.
