By owning one of my designs, you automatically agree to my rules.
I need to be contacted at Saturnpunk if you need me to do something with the design as I no longer use this account
- Please do not use my designs for NSFW. I'm not comfortable with it at my current place in life
- I reserve the right to revoke my designs without explanation
- Do not redistribute my designs to blacklisted users, known scammers, known creeps or "freebie hoarders"
- My designs may not be used for commercial purposes (such as merch, premade fursuits, etc (commissioned fursuits are fine)) without my written consent. Physical items made without the intention to sell are also fine.
- Co-owning my designs is fine. However, I must be contacted to make the second profile and a primary owner must be established.
- Any amount of redesign of my designs is fine.
- Feel free to price my designs for however much you like. I will not moderate resales. Just be reasonable
- Do not come to me to moderate disputes involving my designs. I can't. Contact toyhouse instead. If you bother me about it, I'll revoke the design from whoever has it.
Blacklist
Most of these are due to private matters and I do not wish to discuss them publicly. I feel uncomfortable enough with this individuals owning my designs that I feel I need to state it.
