SOLD's Ownership

Any Character drawn by Me, designed by me and created by me follow the same rules. 

1: you have the right to use the character for commercial use 

2: you have the right to change the design however you desire. 

3: you may not uncredit me. even if you redesgin the character you are not allowed to uncredit me as the desginer on the TH page for the character.

4: you may not use my art to make money such as t-shirts, posters, NFT's and other things such as that. you may use your own artwork for such things or artwork that you have permission to use for those things. 

5: it would be nice to get at least one mention when you 1st draw the character but you don't need to always tag me or mention me. 

6: if you wish to create a graphic novel, story, animation or anything like that i need to be notified. 

7: please do not sell the character for higher than you payed unless you have commissioned artwork or at least one full body fully coloured drawing by yourself.
