A TV head boi. He/Him pronouns and has a qpp named Shishi who's a lightbulb
Kinda chaotic? I don't feel like I can describe him as nice because he doesn't go out of his way to be nice to people but he's also not mean (although you don't have to go out of your way to be nice but that's just the vibes he gives me)
A bit of a flat character for now since he's a comfort character and I usually draw him being angy for stress relief
