The true heir to the Bloomington throne, envied by his big brother Prince Sprout who must care for the little tyke and doesn't even get to rule before him.
One day though, Baby Bud went missing from his floral bassinet, and King Bloom, the current ruler of Bloomington, enlisted the help of Taco, Nico and Rico to find his missing heir, suspecting the neighboring Beetropolis as the culprits.
Turns out, Prince Sprout wasn't watching when Baby Bud wandered out of the Garden Castle all on his own, and was discovered by Violet Bee, one of the Princess Bea's handmaids, who brought the baby back to Beetropolis to watch over him in secret until she could return him without being seen, which explains her own sudden disappearance.
