Owner of a high profile catering/party company, Gabriel is a showman in every sense of the word. Flashy, obnoxious, and attention grabbing- her bright persona hides the criminal underground she partakes in in her free time. She's obsessed with art- to an unhealthy degree, and believes that only she can properly appreciate and protect it. To some extents, she means well, and does indeed care for the pieces in her collection (Along with responsibly sharing them with others), but she's a friend of Jormungandr's, supporting his criminal gang with her  profits and parties. In exchange he helps her get pieces for her collection she otherwise might not be able to obtain. It's truly a win-win, as far as she's concerned.

Despite her flourish of appearance, She's probably more conniving than any of his own band of misfits, and truly, the criminals often find themselves being the ones needing to watch their back, because Gabriel can be cutthroat in her ambitions. She doesn't like to lose control of a situation and the semblance of being ignored or another authority figure higher than her will quickly test her temper. She doesn't deal well with being told no.

This stems from an incredibly bratty childhood, where Gabriel was always the center of attention. She was the cheerleader, the popular kid, and her dad had money thanks to a stuffy government job. She could have anything she wanted. And when she got older, she refused to let it go. She's perhaps not as bratty now- mainly because she's grown to understand that those who want things must take them or work for them in this world, but she's sure vain and overly sure of herself in almost every situation. She's the queen of her castle, and if you get in her way, you should be prepared to face her wrath.

She is fairly selfish, but not entirely so. Though she is absorbed in her own wishes, she doesn't set out to step on people or hurt them in the process. She only does what she must to get what she thinks she deserves. She can be reasonable, and has a soft spot for other independant women. She has a strong aversion to being told what to do or treated as a lower person, so as long as you treat her like an equal she'll probably respect you and try to avoid pushing you around in return. If you act lower than her, she's liable to insult or ignore you, and higher than her is sure to earn her scorn. It has nothing to do with actual status or money, and everything to do with how you treat her. She's quite shallow. 

Also, she's really killer at jigsaw puzzles.
