   Alex Turner was once a simple human farmhand on the Witwicky Farms, a large land known for its centaur residents being secluded from the rest of the world and making their own little community. He was 16 years old when he took the job at the farms, originally as a part-time to get some money but he ended up becoming a full-time after graduating high school after unable to afford college. He ended up befriending a good number of centaurs there, and even developed a crush on a redhead centauress. 

   At the age of 19 though, he ended up getting caught in a magical crossfire. In the middle of a fight he ended up getting hit and corrupted by some magic, in order to save him he no longer could be a human. Inspired by their location, the magical hero turned him into a centaur, like the others around him. It ended up working out for the better as he found a sense of belonging finally.

   Now he's a centaur that some of the people look to as a leader, helping a lot with organization and any heavy lifting needed. He's more comfortable than others with giving children who visit horse rides along the farmland. His once crush has bloomed into a full relationship, with a possibility of bonding in vows though he'd rather wait till they're more comfortable and when he can get a proper ring. To him though, being a centaur was probably the best thing that ever happened to him.
