   Abeni was a former human who lived within the city, one that was popular and has an amazing singing voice. To her, life within the concrete and steel borders was the only life she knew. That all changed when she was 13 and was on a camping trip, where a magical prank with friends went bad, changing her into a centauress. With her home no longer really made for a centaur, a cure becoming too pricey and her just in a scared state, all her family could do was take her to the Witwicky Farms to help her adjust to her new life.

   At first, she DREADED it. The outdoors all the time, the lack of technology, the number of bugs, it was all disgusting to her! It was so hard to get used to the fact that she was this horse girl with dirty hooves and a stinky body. But slowly she began finding friends to connect with, even some of the male centaurs, and forming a click. On top of that, she was able to find time to work on her singing and possibly her movement. By the time she was 16, she was no longer dreading her life, she was now accepted her centaur life, and even then it had its perks.

   When she started off her singing career, she was getting noticed thanks to being a centauress. One that had a really good singing voice for a change. Slowly she gained in popularity once more and became a well-known centauress singing idol. Now she dances and sings for many people, her once curse was now something she's proud of.
