Sarah

Sarah Korja, a young demon who has been through hell & back throughout half of her life. Growing up, life wasn't the kindest as the 6th "Death Stranding" begins to tear through the world. Childhood was the least of Sarah's problems as for her being a LEVEL 9 or MUTANT 'DOOMS' was one hell of a mountain to conquer. Sarah was born special so to say as she inherited both of her parents 'DOOMS' such as repatriation, phantom phasing, conjuring the dead & the ability to travel to the land of the dead and back. MUTANT 'DOOMS' were seen as unstable and had the lowest chances of survial but Sarah beat the odds when she was young. When Sarah was around 11 years old, a raid had occured in the North estate as it released hell upon the estate. Sarah & her oldest sister Hayden were forced to evacuate as their parents would stay back and hold off part of the raid in order for their daughters to escape. Hayden & Sarah had ran for the hills but midway through they both were caught in a line of fire, forcing them to take shelter in a nearby cave. Sarah had "died" from exhaustion & blood loss but at the moment she gained the ability to repatriate with the help of Hayden guiding her soul back to her body which was a complete sucess. Sarah had been "dead" for approximently 13 minutes until she repatriated. Once the sun rose over the horizion, Sarah & Hayden had went looking for their parents but instead found a horrid sight. Half of the city burned & destroyed with corpses spread along the ground but something caught their eye under some rumble. Moving building rumble, Sarah had found the sight of her parents corpses before breaking down in tears. Her parents had laid lifeless on the ground in front of the two demons. A rumble in the distance echoed through the air as it what seemed to be a truck. Holding on to her father's lifeless body, Sarah repeatedly screamed "RUN ME OVER". Hayden latched onto her sister as if it was their last moments of life. As the truck came closer it revealed to be a military truck searching through the town for any survivors. Two soldiers got out of the truck and rushed over to Sarah & Hayden. Taking them both to a shelter, the ride was silent & full of tension. Eyes red from tears and the air grew heavy as two body bags laid in the back of the truck. After arriving at the shelter autopsies had been done to both of Sarah's parents revealing the cause of death was from exhaustion, serious wounds and a massive loss in blood. But a familiar face had spotted Sarah & Hayden at the shelter, it was their cousin Russ with his little sister Stacy and his father Memphis. After hearing the tragic death's of Sarah's parents, Memphis and his wife Sydney had taken in Sarah & Hayden as their own. During those years, Sarah started to become more independent & live as if she was on her own even when living with family.

It wasn't until when a while after that Sarah had 16 that her Uncle Memphis and Aunt Sydney passed away due to illness & semi-old age. After the passings Sarah & Hayden had move out of the shelter & searched for a new home. After moving out, Sarah had taken the job of being a traveling messenger for a company called "Demon Valley Express". The company had given her a shelter & resources as Sarah would travel across the lands delivering cargo & such. On the other hand, Hayden had joined the last surviving active part of the military as a Hunter General. Leading raids against bandits, thieves, mafias & etc. During a raid, Hayden was outnumbered by a gang of rogue desert junkers and was forced to retreat. Trying to save as many men as she could, Hayden was caught in the line of fire and was shot in right leg & left side of her waist with gashes along her back due to the rough terrain that surrounded the junker camp. After being brought to a nearby cargo center, a message was sent to Sarah that her sister was in critical condition after a raid. Luckily Sarah was stationed close to the station and rushed to the center as fast as she could. Rushing into the center, Sarah found Hayden lying on a hostipal bed in the medical wing of the cargo center. She could sense the pain her sister was in. The nurses claimed Hayden could not be treated on due to how serious her wounds were that they could lose her during the operation. All they could do was numb the pain and keep a close eye on Hayden. Losing her parents at 11 years old and now losing her sister at 17 years old, Hayden reassured her sister that she will be ok and that she will wait for her to pass over to the land of the dead so their family can be whole again. On the brink of death, Sarah stayed by her sister's side till death does her part. After 30 hours of pain & tears, Sarah had watched death swept her sister away from the land of the living. She was gone. "Don't worry kiddo, I'm gonna be ok. I'll see you on the other side". Those were the last words that escaped through Hayden's lips as death swept her away.

After her sister's death Sarah went MIA as she disconnected herself from the world. Traveling alone on hunts & traveling along the land, a group called the "Solitario Diablos" (Also called the Daemones Solus) or the "Lone demons" had spotted Sarah during her hunts. The leader called the "Old King" grew curious with the young demon. He couldn't help but offer her to join the gang. Sarah grew hesitant at first but joined the group only for the resources. Overtime the gang grew on her as if they were family. After joining Sarah called the ranks of the "Lone Demons" and earned the title, the Lead Huntress. Sarah was basically 2nd in charge of the group and had a feeling as if she hit Nirvana. But something vile crept upon the gang. A sudden shift in the "Lone Demons". It didn't feel right. As if it was imbalance of power. It was soon revealed that the "Old King" was slaughtering hundreds in order to feel that power rush through his veins. He became power hungry to a point where he killed his own men to feel that rush. Many rebelled even if it meant losing their life as for others, many escaped within the night. Sarah was one of the many who rebelled against the "Old King". She argued that he stop these vile ways of killing innocent lives before the power goes to his head. But it was too late, he had already lost it. The "Old King" refused to stop but instead he challenged Sarah to a battle. The camp would evacuted so they were the only two left and a ring of fire would lit around the camp so neither of them would escape. Sarah didn't go done without a fight and accepted the challenge. Once sun down struck, the battle was on. What was hours that felt like days, Sarah didn't go down so easily. Being thrashed around & bloodied but unbowed, Sarah released her anger on the "Old King". With a dagger in hand, Sarah charged towards the "Old King" and with one swipe of her dagger, she slit the "Old King's" throat. Watching as he choked on air, Sarah reclaimed the name "Slayer" as it was cursed by the "Old King's" horrid reign of terror and left the camp & the "Old King" to burn to ashes & dust. Watching the waves of fire consuming the camp in the dead of night. They were all free. The "Old King's" reign of terror was over. Sarah soon had taken over the crew as her own & became leader of the "Lone Demons", carrying on her & her sister's legacy to this day. "Level unknown. Strength unknown. Never enage with this demon. Your only chance of survival, hide and pray that they do not find you"
