Cecil doesn't remember very much about his life, save that he acquired his crown at a great cost. Nowadays he's taken up an interest in the dramatic, plays and scripts, with an aspiration to put on his own show about a great tragedy that'll make the crowd weep. He just has to figure out what that tragedy is first. Cecil likes beautiful architecture, rich colors, and gold.
Hobbies include theatre, reading, and daydreaming. Dislikes include writing.
