Jordan Brookmire

Jordan is my bard/warlock in the D&D campaign I'm in. 

From a young age Jordan knew there was something off about herself. As she grew older she realized that she wasn't a boy, but a girl. She was terrified of telling her parents that she was trans, so she kept it a secret from them. She began to hate her lifestyle, and just wanted to live among the commonfolk and share her music. She was pretty bored most of her days and didn't have many friends growing up, so one day after going through the family's library she stumbled upon a ritual that brought one to the fae realm. This is where she met her Patron, The Summer King. They worked out a deal where as long as he provides her magic, he has a connection to the material realm. One day, she decided she wanted to run from her parents after a particularly bad fight with them. They were considering marrying her off to some princess for political gains. She contacted her patron and requested if he would be able to reassign her sex. She felt that she wouldn't have been able to with her parents around, but with her leaving she finally felt as if she could be free. He agreed, but at a price. With her new self, she gathered her most prized items and ran and never looked back.
