you click the button "code" that takes you to a website I pasted the code in. You can select all of the code and copy it. Then, you go to your toyhou.se settings, profile content, and where the large text box is, select to disable WYSIWYG so that the code displays properly. Then if you want to edit the pictures and colors, go to where you see 'src =' or url() and paste in there the url of the image you want to use. And for colors you just go to where you see color names or a color code starting with a '#' and replace it with the color name you want, or search in google for 'hex color picker' and select a color, then copy the 6 digit code for the color and paste it where the old color was - make sure a '#' is in front if it is a color code instead of a color name. For links, just go to where it says href = "" and replace what's inside the "" with your link. For editing the text, you can replace where you see the example text in the code with whatever text you like. It'll be easier to customize the code for yourself if you paste it in a text editor, edit it, then copy it and paste it into your settings but editing it in the toyhou.se settings works too. Once you're done just make sure to select 'update profile' and let me know if you have any issues so I can fix them in the code. Hope that helps!
