A second year student and the treasurer of Student Council at Kakome Academy's High School division. She has a high spiritual energy and is able to exorcise, but hides her powers due to her lack of skill.

Besides her treasurer role, she keeps everything neat and organized in the student council. She tries her best to make the student council shine. Maybe she isn't the best person to give out ideas, but when someone else thinks of it, then she is sure to carry the rest. Besides her student council work, she studies hard and tries her best to score the best out of all the students. That's why she has a rivaly relationship with Teru, they both want the 1st place in the end-of-term exams within their grade. Despite that, she highly respects Teru as her long-term friend from day one of middle school, even tho he makes her more annoyed than glad most of the time.

She inherited her spiritual energy from her dad - she is able to create arrows from sunlight and shoots them from her bow (which she carries for training purposes) which impale and damage her opponents by melting them down from the inside. It's not fast, but effective. But - she doesn't use her power often (she uses it mostly for self defense if attacked by a supernatural), since she isn't that skilled at exorcisms. Her dad was a skilled exorcist who run away from his parents to pursue his spiritual powers and start a family with his loved one. Upon discovering that Michi inherited his power of sunlight, he started training archery with her and slowly introducing her to her powers. Sadly, he died in a car crash when she was 10, so she has never become skilled in exorcisms, but she continued training archery. She sometimes wishes that someone could train her more in exorcisms, but she doesn't want to let anyone in on her more unskilled and vulnerable side, but her dad, since she still hasn't moved on from his death. Her mom is a dress designer and a tailor. Michi loves her mom deeply and always helps her when she needs it. Her mom is supportive of Michi's passion for archery and wants her to pursue her dreams. On the other hand Michi doesn't know that her mom is on board with her dreams and doesn't want to disappoint her with a finacially unstable job. So, that's why she studies so hard, so she can become a math professor.
