Palette is always open to meeting new friends, but sometimes he can be too friendly for his own good. He will often chit-chat away anything and everything that happens to come to mind. It's really hard for him to keep quiet because of how easily impressed he is with everything. Despite being a teenager, Palette still acts like a child and wants to remain that way. He refuses to "grow up", especially with how most adults seem to act. He hates how bullies treat him and despises the idea of ending all his fun in order to get a boring job to live his boring life. He hopes that someday, everyone can be happy doing what they love too.

He also LOVES blueberries, but he will only eat the biggest and bluest of blueberries. Otherwise, he will not eat any of them. Palette is a vegetarian as he doesn't like to eat other animals, but he doesn't know how eggs work and no one has the heart to tell him.

Palette's tail secretes a blue paint that he can then use to paint the things around him. He is quick to getting himself dirty and can't help himself making everything blue. His paint is extremely hard to wash off no matter the surface, which also includes Palette's own fur. This doesn't pose as a problem to Palette, as he hates taking baths. However, if he does not eat enough blue things or if he uses up his paint too quickly, his paint will run low and he will become exhausted until he eats more.
