Silas is from an upper-class family of sprinkits- the notable du'Grias, renowned for extensive work in the fields of blood sugar and refining. Silas is the only child of the family and cannot wait to prove himself- he longs to invent something great.

So far, he's made a triple-speed icecream scooper (requires three hands) , an automatic strawberry replanter (not actually automatic) and an auto-cape hanger (no one else wears capes). It's still a work in progress, but he's awfully proud of his accomplishments.

Due to being an only child, he's rather sheltered and hasn't come into contact with some of the harsh realities of the world around him. He had an early vampire obsession                                                                           that went unchecked and has turned him into a lifetime super fan of the material. He                                                                               owns three signed copies of the Vampire Diaries.
