Demise is the god of the deteration of all things living and not. He represents how everything in the universe eventually comes to an end as time passes on. His significant other is El' Haraja, the god of creation, whom he spends his lifetime with.

Demise originally wandered through the cosmic planes alone, coming across various landscapes and creatures created by other gods. Whenever he would approach these, they would immediately deteriorate and turn to shambles or die. This appeared to even affect some of the other gods he would come across. They would weaken and grow sluggish with him around. It wasn't until the God of Creation came upon him that his lonely existence would finally come to an end, and a new chapter in his life would begin. When Creation came, the things around them fell into a natural balance.

Creation created an entire world just for Demise so he would be happy. The two of them rule over it together and watch as the beings on it live and die naturally.
