- This PAC stands at 7'2'' and is built to withstand missile strikes.
- His humanoid figure is built to continue functioning with replacement parts from his own structure, so long as one of his two cores remain functional. He neither feels pain nor experiences fatigue, as his power source is solar.
- Fully autonomous, his only command link is to those ranked above him. However because he's sentient, he also has a kill-switch and loyalty-implant to his direct superior. He understands the unfairness of these facts, but accepts them as a fact of his life.
- Being fully autonomous, he's granted a salary, living quarters and other basic rights that people of his rank are afforded. His clearance level is quite high.
- Despite his imposing figure, blank facial region and deep voice, he's actually a very calm and kind PAC. He enjoys classical music, birds, and children.
- Regarding that last point; his face was originally a blank black plate, however after finding that children considered him "frightening" he requested a modification be made so that he could display emoji-like facial features and short animations to put children at ease. It's worked wonders, though his peers sometimes tease him about it.
- Most of Riser's upgrades have been by his own request and design, including the implementation of a nerve-center. The stipulation to approval was that he lack pain receptors and control an internal on-off function to ensure it wouldn't be used against him. Because of this, he can "feel" sensations such as hot, cold, wet, textures, and pleasure.
