design clarifications: wears a tricorn hat and frock coat. is a whale in size and (most) shape, but has scales and the dorsal fin/tail of a fish. also has nostrils, not a blowhole. has two arms and four legs (think centaur but with a bendy straw spine). feet are like dinosaur feet. also has wings that resemble flying fish fins. this guy has so many limbs
