Vic is a veteran of supernatural investigations, having begun his studies during his teenage years. He used to closely collaborate with the O.D.D. around 20 years ago, but after several mishandled cases and frustrating interactions with agents, he struck his own path as an independent investigator.
As of now, Vic has a pessimistic opinion on the idea of "solving" or "fixing" paranormal activity and isn't inclined to sympathize with the creatures he encounters. He believes that trying to make them understand human values is a waste of time, that pleading to their 'better nature' is a lost cause, and that trying to control them will only lead to more human deaths in the end.
