(Blacklist is at bottom, if you are considering trading one of my characters please reference this first! Sadly it's become necessary after multiple incidents.)

(Design TOS)
♡if my design already has a TH do not delete them off of toyhouse.

♡you may resell a design for it's initial worth + commissioned value.

♡ personal art can be added to the characters' worth within reason. This is //only// applicable if the initial design was purchased from me. Do not inflate prices randomly or I will remove this option. 

♡ if you receive a design I made directly from me in a trade, you can only trade said design! It will usually be marked as such in the character permissions.

(however if you've commissioned art of the character, or made a large surplus of personal art I may leeway only if you confirm with me first. This is on a case by case basis.)

♡ do not trace/heavily reference my work.

♡ do not use my designs to promote questionable content  ie pedophilia, zoophilia, fetishizing abuse, ect. I can/will revoke the design if you go against my TOS.

♡ you must ask/purchase the rights to commercial use for any of my designs. Unless stated otherwise on the chars profile.

♡ I am completely against NFTS and attempting to use my art for AI.

♡ characters may be redesigned but do not edit the original art without permission or make them completely indistinguishable from the original design.

♡ always list me as the creator of any of my art/designs on and off cite.

I will blacklist you if you go against any part of my TOS

Note these are hardblocks due to personal reasons and prior interactions with these people. 'Softblocks' due to usually PSA's i agreed with or me just not vibing with an individual in general are not public.
