A jellyfish mermaid girl who admires human pop culture! She secretly reads all the "failed" manga pages that an aspiring mangaka boy from the local village throws into the ocean when he messes up. It deeply inspires her, and she wants to become a mangaka herself! When she gets a chance at a temporary human form, she enrolls in school just as the mangaka boy is entering his second year of highschool. She makes it her mission to become his "apprentice," and learn everything that she can! But when she starts out, her art is pretty awful for manga standards...! Even so, she never gives up!!!
