basic design rules:
- 2 weeks cooldown for reselling/trading for PAID characters
- 1 month cooldown for reselling/trading for FREEBIE characters
- Don't sell a character for more than its base value unless it has extra art (same for freebies, which base value is $0)
- feel free to redesign or create alt forms
- feel free to use for comercial stuff as long as it's not with my art
