Esmerelda's Ownership

I. Even if you had made a monetary offer I had accepted, you may NOT resell the character unless they have paid art alongside them.

II. Redesigning is OK! but do NOT change the credit or delete the original design.

III. If you're considering commercial use with my designs, It is an extra 50$ for the rights ontop of the set price of what you're buying. Otherwise, do not use them for such.
(The price for commercial use is subject to change/be marked up)

IV. Do be aware that should a design be deleted without telling me beforehand/in advance, the design ownership returns to me. Management reasons!

V. For those that get my designs for free, I attain legal right for them and may ask for them to be returned to me should something that goes against my basic DNI come up. This is NOT negotiable. (But don't worry, this is but a rare occurrence!)

VI. It would be much appreciated if you referred to my blacklist, should you put my designs up for offers!

VI. Generally, don't end up on my blacklist; I'm a VERY lenient and chill person!
