It's immediately apparent that Seishi is a very flamboyant and confident person, with a flirtatious and fun-loving demeanor. Make him your friend (which wouldn't be hard) and you'd notice how compassionate, loyal, and determined he is. He's the first one to give a compliment, and being sensible and understanding makes him a good listener. Despite his charms, he can be devious and teasing to the point of sadism. Also, he can get jealous easily, and often acts impulsively.
Setting
Takes place in an alternate persona 5 universe where the phantom thieves did not come about, and Goro Akechi succeeded in the goal of destroying his father. Two years later, new cases of unrelated psychotic breakdowns begin occuring, and Seishi Kasuya is the newbie assigned as Goro's partner on the case.

Goro
[ Partner ]
His partner in solving crimes that he adores. Knowing each other’s turbulent pasts, they’ve grown closer in the time they’ve spent together and have become protective of each other. Seishi likes doting on and taking care of him. He aims to see him flustered someday. marriage ♥
Ayane
[ Villain / Enemy? ]
The villain of the story, technically Seishi’s enemy. Seishi thinks he's a hottie and takes every opportunity to tease and flirt with him. He truly does want to help him, though.
Cogoro
[ Boyfriend...2! ]
Goro’s cognitive double that was originally created for Ayane's use but changed alligances, whom Seishi is very affectionate and loving towards. They can be similar in silliness sometimes, and Seishi enables his craziness. They also love each other a lot.
Cosei
[ Shadow / Enemy ]
The shadow of Seishi, created by Ayane to work for him. Seishi detests him for being the personification of his negative thoughts and trauma that he doesn't show, and doesn't want to share.
Mystery
[ Technically Enemy / BFF ]
Technically his enemy, but is Seishi’s bestie post-canon and in AU. They have a lot of fun together and get along well, with him often supporting Seishi when he’s having boy issues. Can be seen gossiping and painting each other's nails while watching a movie.
