Theres literally no backstory for these kids yet please dont come for me. Her wife is Isana and her contract demon skill is transformation. She has two biological kids with Isana: Crayon and Fraise.

While contract demon and hellhound relationships aren't "illegal" in hell or anything like that, nor as abhorrent as mortal/demon or, god-forbid, a demon/angel relationship, that doesn't mean that it's accepted fully. Most other demons see pairing with a demon of another species as muddying the blood, since most half-species demons cannot do what their pure-blooded counterparts can. Teela does not care much for this fact, but her wife Isana is nervous about being in public together with their family. Because of this, Teela disguises their family to look like all contract demons when out of the house.
