Sylvester is at first glance a quirky salesman with a passion for pottery and fine furs. He’s been away for some time travelling after murdering a famous cooking show hostess but has returned to Victory City since to continue his mischief with no repercussions as he thought there would be. He is a seasoned serial killer beneath his over-the-top and friendly facade and carries his agenda carefully under wraps. 

His power, phasing, is pretty straight forward. He can phase through matter for limited periods of time (usually about five minutes or so before a recharge is needed). As a result he can be quite the escape artist and is known by those after his case as slippery and cunning. He seldom uses his ability unless absolutely necessary though can be coaxed into using it for the right reason outside his own agenda.
