Another badly failed transformation. Whisper was saved by artificially created tail rings and an artificially created soul vessel.
They bind Ghost Whispers soul to this body and make his shape solid as without them the body would dissolve.

Both designs where halloween designs that's why they are so grim in their histories, but I couldn't finish them in time so here they are, delayed.
