Mirabelle

Belle is sweet, rather shy, but intensely curious... perhaps too curious. She pokes her nose in everyone's business even when it's none of hers, in a very nice way but still an intrusion. This has gotten her in trouble more than once. Friends will know it's harmless; acquaintances, even strangers, will just see her as inconsiderate at best. She avoids confrontation by retreating at the first sign of discord. Long-term it might not be the best strategy, but it keeps her out of trouble in the moment.

Her full name is of her own choosing— originally she was just Belle, but she ran across Mirabelle in a book. Friends still call her Belle anyway, and others don't know of the new development.
